Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cattle Co., we strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers.
Due to the perishable nature of milk, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products.

Refund Policy

• Payments once made are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases of duplicate payment or if the order/service cannot be fulfilled from our side.
• Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders/services once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer.
• If cancellation is required due to unavoidable circumstances, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Cattle Co..
